OMG, I just noticed that Clickbank has modified a bit the interface of account settings

Nothing really special, I actually liked the old one better :)

Good news, now we can choose to be paid by direct deposit right from our accounts.

Go to Account Settings > My account > Payment Information > Edit > Payment Method > Direct Deposit

I haven't tried it yet. I'll do it after I get my pending check :D

Sweet, just signed up for Direct Deposit. So stoked! Now I can be even lazier as I don't have to go to the bank.

LOL, I can't wait to sign up :D Imagine getting your payment immediately when you reach the threshold limit. That's gonna be suuuuuuuper.

You know what, I actually enjoy taking my checks into the bank (bearing in mind it only takes me 5 minutes to get there) I always tend to get the "what do you do" question and I'm sure if I wanted to I could get a few sales off interested bank tellers just by telling them what I do and what sites they should visit.

    :(

Check is only allowed for me still... The interface does look nicer though.

Damn, the bank charges 20 bucks to cash a check... *incomprehensible mutterings*

I would prefer Direct Deposit, because it's quick and clean transaction. I don't like, when sometimes people ask me in the bank, how did I get this check, who pays me, why they pay me etc.....

I think, there is a requirement of 3 checks received within last 90 days.

    Have you got them?

That's why I want to set up direct deposit :D

Here's info about DD that I got from Clickbank's newsletter.

    "Direct Deposit is Here!

ClickBank is pleased to offer Direct Deposit (ACH & XACH)
into both domestic and international bank accounts to
eligible clients, at no extra charge.

Direct Deposit is a fast and reliable method for
receiving your account payments. Additionally, it
allows you to receive payments in your local currency,
    alleviating unnecessary bank fees.

To be eligible an account must have first received
three paper paychecks within any 90-day period.
Additionally, only accounts in the following countries
are eligible at this time: Australia, Austria, Belgium,
Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, The Netherlands,
New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom,
    and the United States."

And below you can read how you can set it up, also from the newsletter.

    "Steps to Enable Direct Deposit:

    1. Login to your ClickBank account
    2. Click on the "Account Settings" tab
    3. Click "Edit" next to "Payment Information"
    4. Select the "Direct Deposit" payment method
    radio button
    5. Add the requested data to the direct deposit
    information area
    6. Click "Save Changes"
    7. The system displays a notification in your
account and sends an email to the address you
have listed as your "Account Email"
with instructions for completing the enrollment
    process
    8. Go the email account specified in your "Account
    Email" address
    9. Locate the email recently received from "ClickBank
Notifications" and follow the instructions provided
    in the email

    That's it! You'll receive a confirmation email
from us that the change has been made."

i use to have the same situation a few years ago (when i was doing porn) and it's just a matter of the bank known you and trusting your checks.

now they only charge me 3 euros per check

have a talk with your bank about it... they usually can tell you why they charge so much and what you can do about it in order to get them to lower their fee
