    it could be either that googlebot has to visit the page or there are no advertisers that are geotargeting japan for the keywords.

    may be no advertiser willing on your niche or your site.

    Try to change niche or keyword,

    Hope so, few days back, i checked it, everything was fine. Today i opened it and i saw Public service ad, so i thought of sharing this with you guys to know is it normal or anything wrong in it?

    Have u entered pin?If you have not entered a PIN within 4 months, Google will replace the paid advertisements on your site with unpaid Public Service ads.

    Ok, So i think when i opened, i saw the top most image ads displaying PSA. It means, it was just because of unavailability of advertiser at that time.

    I was afraid and confuse as well. :)

    Hi,
    Adsense have smart scripts.

    When they detect some Warez/Porn/Gambling and similar unallowed by their TOS, they display those ads, that's good idea that Adsense did that. better then get banned :)
