    Conv. rate is
    - 50+% (for free part)
    - Only one sale so far in ~150 clicks (spent $150 and got $10 back, lol)

    What can I do?

    Please advice

    I can see why people would use the free part...

    but there is no promotional messaging nor reason to use the paid part. You need to emphasize on upgrading and why its good for you

    Agreed. Highlight the advantages of upgrading and perhaps remove to very sought after feature from the free part.

    I agree with robert, your not promoting the premium product or giving us enough information about it to make us want to choose that over the free option.

    Inside, after you login, when submitting, there is an annoying button saying to upgrade and a little link(visible though) with just continue ... the godaddy style.

    one thing I forgot.. should I put on the main page a table in "hosting websites style" ? (free vs. paid)

    Are you following your customers up with emails. Remember the rukle of 7 when contacting customers, it may take some time to build trust.
