Warez linking in Canada

Is it allowed ? My site is quite big and has links pointing to the piratebay.. I wont even have direct link to the torrent just links to the pages where the "download torrent" link is..As a result it will be up to the user to download it or not ..

 

You should be fine just linking to the index of TPB, not all their content is illegal.

 

i am not talking about the index..my links will be like the following:

http://thepiratebay.org/tor/4178919/Spread_your_site_100__Legal

 

I Dont think that will be a problem

 

Linking to download pages of specific files is not allowed in canada, unless of course that's your ebook or the owner has given permission to have it distributed like that. If you still wish to do this you can take steps to protect yourself; off shore hosting etc. but nothing is fool proof.

 

Its illegal mate, better get a warez linking host in some offshore place
