Are IFCI code and RTGS the same for paypal in India?

Are IFCI code and RTGS the same for paypal in India? Do any one know what is paypal's customer support email id or phone no?

What is IFCI code ? Or did you mean IFSC code ?

IFSC is the code to identify Indian banks (each bank's branch will have an unique code string)

RTGS is the payment system done in real time between banks. They use the IFSC code to indentify the banks which are transacting.

To contact Paypal by email or phone, log in to your Paypal account and click on the Contact Us link at bottom

 

Sorry about the mistake. I mean't IFSC code. Thanks a lot for the info.

 

Now that one is a real big file and it is really hard to track some thing out of that excel sheet.
