Turley is saying it may be time to have an international tribunal because the government has failed to check itself on the subject of war crimes. So in that regard, I think the OP has an answer. Now even the MSM is talking about war crimes, and heaven forbid, international courts pronouncing judgment on Americans (which I am totally against). The question isn't even if there are war crimes anymore, but rather who will hold the guilty accountable. Very tragic.
Both Bush and Blair have quite literally gotten away with murder but they are never going to be bought to justice for the disaster that they caused.
I do not support Bush or the war one bit, however to say 'the same as Hitler' is going way, way too far. If not for being unfair to Bush and Blaire, unfair to those who died at the hands of WWII and Nazi Germany.

I don't think they'll ever be tried for war crimes, and they won't be remembered like hitler. Hitler was in a league all his own, bush and blair aren't nearly as bad.
