Need some advice about paypal.

Hi, I need some advice from you guys who knows how to solve this problem I'm into.I have 3 paypal accounts, 1 is verified that have a credit card added, and another 2 are not verified and doesn't have any credit card link to them.The problem is I have around $100 in the unverified accounts and it have alredy reach the sending limit.And now, I want to transfer all my money to the verified account and close the other 2.I have alredy contacted them but then they reply that I need to provide my national id and affidavit.I have national id but I don't have scanner and I don't have a clue what an affidavit is.What should I do ? Please throw in some good advice that will help me to get my money back quickly.

PayPal only permits one person to have TWO accounts. Just wondering why you made 3?

 

I made because I didn't wanted to show my identity to someone that time but now I'm getting frustated.I can't think of my new work, I want to solve this in 1 -2 day.What should I do ?

 

if you don't have scaner, you can use digital camera and it's work for me

 

thanks for the idea, I do have a webcam, how about affidavit, I have search about it but don't really understand what it is ?

 

written and signed statement about who you are and probably what you want to do.
