    Google doesnt allow warez sites. If that site has them on then i believe they are breaking google TOS rules

    It is just a matter of time before Adsense discovers and ban them. Most likely near the payment period. No point emulating them. Warez aren't legal stuff, if you want to have a good and secure Adsense earning, follow Adsense TOS closely and take the troubles to create your own content.
