if you want to get more traffic then do a social bookmarkings,create a blog and write an informative article and then do an article submission.

To increase position in Top SEs, you should make some manual work like Directory submission, Article submission (Concentrate yourself for link building for your site). And for traffics you should bookmark your site to social bookmarking sites, join some popular forums and make post with your site link these works will increase your traffics and backlinks both. For link exchange you can search with google with your main keywords and contact to top 20 or 30 webmasters from his contact us page for link exchange. But i will suggest you to do directory and article submission, social bookmarking and forum posting first and then you can make also a post for link exchange in popular forums for related themes. Hi, for 1. good presentation of "on page seo" and some strong meta if you rank well in Google then you also show in yahoo & msn. analysis some good site and apply your site. 2. for increasing site traffic doing SMO, Classified, Article etc 3. i think better link building is relevancy is the major point search relevant resources and exchange link....
