You need a CMS that integrates a Forum. There are tons out there. Try looking at Hotscripts.com

Well you want a specific CMS that includes a Form? By the way a CMS is a content management system. It's a type of script.

The site you listed is using a custom CMS that probably integrates news from the forum.

Oh that's a simple PHP script. It's a bit like posting articles to a category.

The consoles are considered categories and are pre-made, a version can also be made for custom categories.

A user logs in submits a new scrim, 'article', it's posted to a database and then people are able to view/search those categories.

You're not going to find one probably. It's basic I'd hire someone, unless you want a login and admin backend with it.
Or hire someone to modify a script. Most scripts perform this basic function.

If you want to hire someone, ask for a script that can do this:
The user choses a category to submit to. The submission is viewable by registered/admin/guest anything you want. Deletable by expiration/admin/mod/user. The submissions are searchable by date, name, category, subcategory, and author.

Anyone who knows what they're doing should be able to complete it within 2-4 days. The only hard part is probably the specifics like profile information and security.

Hi guys, sorry to hijack the thread, but this is also what i need: and it is something very similar to PHPDug, BUT without the url obligation.

User signs in, writes and article, and other users can rate it, search categories, etc

    Any idea is appreciated :)
