Is this site following TOS???

    This site is an anime download site. They are hosting the media on their own server. The anime series are copyprotected. So is this site against adsense TOS?? Or is it allowed???

    I want to make a site just like this one. Will that be a good idea?

    I did and they said they cant review a single site as requested and also said if i feel the site is not following TOS then I should not make a site like tht!!

    Well. Just a question. Who owns the rights of that media? If they doesn;t own, then, you can have a site like and if they own. Just forget it.

    However, I don't think that Google will go into these deep things like CopyRights and all. But, Better take watch before you put your foot down!

    THEY DONT OWN THE MEDIA. They just convert DVDs to rmvb format and upload.
