Look-a-like Ads breaking TOS?

    I was unsure about the TOS when I read ads cannot be mistaken for google ads. What do they mean by this?

    Does this mean my adbrite ads cannot have the same color scheme even though it's obvious it's not google ads cause it says "Ads by Adbrite". Do they still count that as ads that may be mistaken for google ads, thus breaking the TOS?

    I click out on your sigs, thinking it was what you are talking about; didn't see adbrite..... Have you try to use adsense with kontera? Its much compatible with each other.

    Adbrite only shows when I'm out of ads, instead of PSA. But on my forums I planned to put adbrite banner under the google banner in posts, but I'm a bit worried about breaking the TOS since they have the same background and text color

    Simply change colors. Maybe ad a border.

    You can always alter the color scheme for both so that they look different .

    Do not use same color patterns for adsense and other similar ads
