I don't really know depends how blackhat your going the stuff I do now is what I would call grayhat I don't think that they would have a problem with it "affiliate networks" etc but you still wouldn't tell them just incase they don't like it but there isn't any TOS about it and isn't breaking any TOS so it call be called blackhat if you follow what I'm saying.
Why not start a blog or some other type of website? Godaddy sells INFO domains very cheap! Add some content and then sell it for a good price. Or you could do some graphic design work.
