WTS Network Of Sites With Good Rev

I am selling a network of 3 websites, as i am looking at starting a new project.

The first site is www.allnukestuff.com , its been up since 10th march 2007, i started this site as i was a big php-nuke user and wanted to give php-nuke users a place to get all there downloads and installs all in one place.
After a few months i decided to add some webmaster downloads onto the site, from the 10th of march to july this year it has brought over 3500+ user onto the site, the site also has some custom pages i made like the making money, webmaster tools, and link to us, that you can see from going onto the site.
It also has a load of modules installed from arcade, toplist and more.
The site has about 20 mixed downloads from blocks, modules, themes that was made for allnukestuff.com that has been added to the downloads section for all members to download and use, most of them have a copyright that links back to the site.

The second website of this network is www.allnukestuffstore.com , its is a online store selling digital products online, from ebooks, scripts, turnkeys, databases and more , comes with a nice easy backend admin area, for you to edit prices , send emails and add new downloads.
Every product is sent instantly to the buyer after payment , no need to send files as it dos it all on its own.
The site has a Membership section where people can buy all the files in one small membership fee, after they have brought it , they will be sent the login info to the membership section.

I have to admit they all take a little bit of work to get the profit i was getting.

I would like to ask the winning bidder to please let the textlinks and banners run out that people have payed for on www.Allnukestuff.com as they payed a long time ago for them and will all be running out in the next few months.
