i was just playing and i found this trick,
    Its extremely simple and understandable.

    Things you need
1 - Photoshop (if you dont have forget it)
    2 - 5 Minutes of your time

Okay, here is how we go.

1 go to your site and specifically go to the area where you want the ads to be,
I will take the example of dp forum here.
Once you are in the area, hit "Print scrn sysRq" (beside the F12 key)
    Now open photoshop.
    Press Control + N
    And do this options.
Then after the clip board opens press Control + V to paste the screenshot
I have trimmed the image a bit for saving space.
Select the eyedropper tool (i asked you to use photoshop, if you dont know how to use it, this is useless :p)
Now go the the background area, in our case its gray
Place the eyedropper tool in the gray area and do a right click, then select "Copy color as Html"
Now open a notepad and press Ctrl + V
Now you get the exact color code as per your background.
Now open your adsense code and paste this code in Full caps,
replace it for Background and border.

    Result,
    100% blended ads
    More CTR
    More Revenue
    More Fun
    Regards,

Guys, why dont you use Color picker?

5 seconds and you're done with it, not 5 minutes :D:D

But beware that full blending is borderline illegal.

    I'm confused.

This post is about finding out what your background color is?
My HTML editor tells me that in 6 different ways - CMYK, Crayon, HLS, HSV, HTML, and RGB.
Why would I want to do it in the way you suggest, when the info is just sitting there, when I open the page in my editor? Is it because the application that you use does not tell you the background color, or allow you to set it?

Perhaps not all that useful if you program and design your own sites but it would be useful for anyone who is using a free or purchased template created by someone else.

Full blend is not a problem, its only when you hide it in the content making it look as a part of the content.

Full blend to match your site theme is fine. .. Make sure you have enough space between the ads and content.

I use color picker, its much more easier and faster. Just drag the colorpicker on the screenshot and then click, you will get your color code.

The background need not be color only, it can be a colored background image which does not have a attached color code. :) In such a case you will need to find out the exact color.
