Google updates the toolbar PR once in a quarter and to be graded with a PR, the blog should have been in existence for at least a quarter and have sufficient number of backlinks

 

for PR you need backlinks.create then.

 

a website or a blog's pr depends on its backlinks, so you have to gather lots of lots of backlinks before the google's pr update!

You can't justify a fixed number of backlinks to get a PR. One tip i can give you is have backlinks from pages that have high PR. Since having backlink from pages that already have at least 1 PR will be considered more by google than no page rank pages.

Why are u feel bad by not having good PR?
If you get good relevant traffic, then it will be good. The main thing is that you should provide good information which users are seeking for.

No on can decide this. This will be happens by the Google. The Google does not fix those criteria.

 

How old is your blog? PR is calculated through backlinks not in traffic. Get more backlinks and wait for the next pr update.

 

Get backward links for the page rank, this also takes time 3 to 4 months, so depending on when your site went online in the update cycle this will take sometime.

you're getting 900 unique visits every day from that blog? Sorry to say it but I don't believe it. Perhaps you've got them once or twice but not regularly. Google includes how much a website gets in it PR rating and if you were getting that many constantly i promise you wouldn't have a PR of 0. Hope things go well with the site though

 

your PR will be based on your backlinks. If you're doing link building then, you just have to wait for the Google Update - thoughi'm not certain when it'll be..
