Appraisal please? same domain as last thread but i just purchased it and in my last thread i didnt release the name. nathans creek is a city in north carolina
I'd actually give it low to mid $xxx undeveloped.. I did more research on it and that seems to be a fair market price right now... somewhere around $300-$500. However, you might be able to get more from a determined buyer.. I'd hold it though... remember not to squat on it or the city of Nathans Creek, NC can take it from you easily in court... put something on it... if you don't want to host the domain or don't find it cost effective you can point it for free to my hosting until you figure out what to do with it... I have unlimited hosting with GoDaddy.com so its not a big deal.. Nice that you finally caught it though! Also, just b/c the .com is appraised at that doesn't mean the other TLD's will be also... the rest are barely reg fee and aren't even worth the catch...
I would say this name could go in the $xxx range. The value of the name would also depend on the population & the development potential to the name, as well as if it's a tourist place. Don't know any of the above info though.
