1. I post "your" topic when you offer us 800 gb disk space, server have only 300 gb disk space, sorry, but then you are scammer too
And I am only the only who offering unlimited disk space, a lot of comany do it, E.G. Umlimited Master reseller etc
2. It's was mistake, I fix it and got got refund

He sold you a account with x mb space / Bw
He created the account and accidentally used the wrong package to do so
You instead of doing a decent thing and allowing him to fix a pretty normal mistake, You filed a pay pal dispute, GOT YOUR MONEY BACK!

And still call him a scammer...

Hacker / Hacked / Thief / Theft / Those would would have did you just fine.
You are battling him for something that was a honest mistake, He fixed, And you still got your money back.

I'm not defending this person from what the evidence proves. Only to the fact that he did NOT scam you!

The reason you have these screenshots, or even have access to his photobucket allready says enough.

The fact that you further on explain exact commands to commit certain illegal actions on our servers is a second fact, and should be enough for people like iWhic to take you away from the hosting world.
It's all fun for you now, but remember, the moment you get big with your company and go LEGAL. That same moment we will be there waiting for you. And your hacking of some webservers is not going to change ANYTHING about that.

No you have not deleted anything. However, you (QKrun1x) did root our server. The 15 years old kid Miratome probably simply used your passage through.

Just to speak what I feel by now, this thread is totally pointless and it is pretty plain it is a personal grudge. Hacker or not hacker, what exactly did darknetic done that deserve a labelling 'Scammer'. Herolo, you got everything fixed, i believe it is not my only view that darknetic has made a mistake in giving you a package and not trying to scam you. Afterall, it is only $2. Nulled WHMCS or not, no solid evidence. DDos Chris server or not, no solid evidence. The only evidence we have is that he hacked Jacob. so yah.. he's a hacker, so a hacker should be cornered into a corner and should be condemned for what he has done in the past. Darknetic, you should not have root Jacob server in the first place. Whether it is justified or not, making his server safe etc etc yada yada, we dont know for sure and I believe we will never know. But the fact we know is that you never delete or touch any of his files.. so yah.. and darknetic, stop hacking.

this thread is all about saying a host is a scam. So what makes one a scammer? We dont know for sure. Seems like a mistake can be considered a scam. If so, i'm guilty of it and evrybody is guilty of it. Even Tony Blair is guilty of being a scam for making a mistake to the war(no political intention, just an analogy).

 

Please get the rest of the logs form Cameron as 77 connections to another server is a bit of a low number to be considered a ddos attack

 

Yes thats a nice ideology, however you have got to realize that it took us 6 days to place 99% of the hosting accounts back like they were before. This has cost us many manhours, and a couple of clients.
The hack that has been used, as darknetic also himself says and said in other topics, is the QKrun1x hack. Wich is his. He clearly tells us this as well. The fact that was proven as well because of this is that the hacker miratome used the QKrun1x hack to deface sites on 3 of our servers. This is about a pretty large amount of sites.
It is not some worldclass event to hack a normal hosting provider. Everyone knows most 0day releases get patched only after a few days. And if you want to earn alot of money, go spread DRM movies or something with p2p. Don't bug me any further with the attacks on our servers.

 

Yea im trying to get the rest of the logs if it was only 77 I would say that it was not right for my VPS to get suspended in the first place...I am still waiting for Cameron to come online..

IMO this hacker or may be he is a kid with no brains should not be allowed to be part of hosting industry at all as he is a stink to it.

It was a lot of pain trying to get Jacob's servers back and there are times, when the services would be up but not the sites and lot more issues which i am not sure if they all got sorted out. But its rubbish.

Hope DP team will send this loser to his own Underground forever. peace
