You can always submit a re-inclusion request through email but you have to find a real good and valid reason to give to them, something like an assurance. Not sure how you can convince them on that.
well its notlike that stop commenting on blogs and do the correct seo that is reciprocal link exchange or oneway links from relvant sites it will let youthere again

Email and explain what happened and ask why you were banned? Wait around a few weeks for a reply. If not call 650-253-0000 and then press 0 and try to get in contact with someone that can help you. You may be given another email address with a password to put in the Subject line. Try that and you might get helped. or You can also try getting in contact with your PPC Account manager. Haha nevermind. Welcome to the world of seo, where algorithms change constantly and things get screwed up sometimes lol. Just give it a few weeks to settle down.
I don't know about google guidelines, but this forum expects you not to put links in post, I guess you should wait till you get your sigs activated. Regards, /G
