Answer the phone by LEFT ear. Do not drink coffee TWICE a day. Do not take pills with COOL water. Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm. Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume. Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night. Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS. Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time. Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning. Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping. When battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times.

Hmm, ok, I mainly use my right ear. Ok, that's me screwed, first thing I have in the morning is a Doble Expresso to wake up then a Vanilla Latte from StarBucks every morning then god knows how many mugs of coffee at work. Why what's wrong with this? when I take painkillers I always have a glass of cold water. Define "huge meals"? I mean, for some people a Happy Meal from Mc Donalds could be a "huge" meal but for the fatties here a full KFC Bargain Bucket might be a light snack. I eat A LOT of Fish which contains oil and the last time I knew Omega 3 was good for you? I can kinda understand this one because if you drink more water at night you'll be getting up a lot and pissing like a camel. The only time I go near my charger is when I need a new battery. Obviously I don't sleep with my phone charger under my pillow.... I NEED my cell!!, I'm ALWAYS on my cell when I'm not in my office. I'm screwed there too. I usually don't go bed until 4am at the earliest and back up at 9am. What if I just broke my leg and a medic gave me something to ease the pain? surely I couldn't stand up? I'm screwed here too because I use every bit of my battery!! KP

Because right side of the ear is directly linked to the brain, the strong signaling power will directly effect it. Start using your left one now! Excess consumption of caffeine is bad for health... Cold waters doesn't let the medicines to dissolve rapidly! The main reason I suggested not to take "huge meals" after 5PM is because we get a little bit lazy or perhaps we don't burn as much as calories we do in the morning and afternoon time. If you eat a lot of food and don't burn it the same day, you will gain weight, and moreover the food will become difficult to digest. Nothing in excess is good for health. Balance your protein/vitamin and other intake diets! You better change that, just an advice! Their might be few exceptions though, obviously! Perhaps you ought to change this habit of yours, as well ... Because it will disturb your digestive system, since you don't workout in the night, and all you do is sleep. Whilst in day time, many of us are a bit more active than in night, at least most of us don't sleep in day time!
