Time to Come Clean

First - I am not trying to steal traffic from this site.

I have created a site to record personal experiences of people who have tried to make money with Google successfully or failed along the way. I have related my personal story (at least the beginning of my story) on the home page and am hoping to get more from others.

I am hoping it will help those that have stayed in the closet to finally come out.

    The site is whileitlasted.com

If he Mods do not feel this is a post that works in this forum I take no offense if you delete it.

As mentioned - this is not a place for bragging and I hope it was not taken that way. It is designed as a vehicle to relate how those that did well are now coping with the loss of the good 'ol days of Google. Nobody should be offended if some were successful - after all isn't that why all of you are on here anyway?

    Again, the site is www.whileitlasted.com

Looking forward to your participation on this site designed to record individual experiences (good or bad) with Google.

Hi, no offense but when I read about your blog I was quite stumped by the figures given. First of all, one of the statement that really caught my attention was this:
If I take the gross estimation which I based on 24 months multiply by 30days and then multiply again with $3000, that would yield total $2160000. You would have been millionaire by now. And wow, that is really a huge figure. I started internet marketing just last year and sadly to say, I never been any close to that :)

The stats are real. All filed with the IRS as well. :)

Did not quite hit millionaire status because Government takes damn near 45% in USA at that level.

I made some mistakes in what I invested the monies back into as far as other web properties but as I said - my brief run allowed me to now own a nice home, have some money in the bank and a home to take care of my parents.

I never had the goal to get rich and I do not consider myself so. I am still going to have to find a new niche to provide a weekly income. My intention was to stop working for someone else and work from home.

Actually, I do not want the site just about me. I want others to step up and post their experiences whether good or bad. I will create a category for others.
