    SEO Web Tips is a blog dedicated to search engine optimization tips, tricks and tutorials. It contains long keyword rich posts (all unique... written by me) - mostly comprehensive SEO tutorials and step by step guides. Few of them are about web standards, web development or social networking.

    I have been managing this blog for over two months. I was planning to keep developing it for one or two more months and sell it then but due to need of money for other website I am currently developing, I have decided to sell it now.

    I have been working hard on on page optimization, that means keyword rich content, appropriate titles and heading tags, proper use of semantic elements.

    Moreover, I have been working on off page optimization, too. I have submitted the website to dozens of quality directories, I have been keeping it in my signature at over 5 webmaster forums where I actively post, I have been commenting on relevant dofollow blogs, made few social submissions plus managed to get few quality PR2+ links on other SEO sites. I have avoided low quality websites and RSS aggregator sites (to protect the content from scrapers).

    I have created (and kept updated) an XML sitemap and submitted it to Google and Live webmaster tools. I have also created a SEO optimized robots.txt protocol file.

    The domain has currently 1358 inbound links and Alexa rank of 696,099 - steadily improving.

    The blog comes with unique theme created by professional designer and coded by me - Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict and Valid CSS Level 2.1. It is semantic and minimal (i.e. proper distribution of heading tags - every single post or page has its own unique title and h1 tag, proper order of header, content, sidebar and footer etc...).

    So what you will get:

    Most traffic came from search engines. The site is indexed in Google, MSN, Yahoo! and Ask - possibly other search engines. It ranks fairly good for some competitive keywords. With a little hard word, you should be able to improve its organic rankings.

    I haven't advertised or promoted the blog anywhere yet so it should be easy to rapidly increase the traffic in a relatively short time.

    @pablo & arteaga624: Yes it is PR0. I haven't claimed otherwise (I have started to build links for it after latest PR update). The DNScoop updates its stats about each 6 days or so. Alexa rank has already been updated at Alexa.com (you can go check there ;)) but DNScoop hasn't updated its database yet.
