I am 16 and if I signed up for adsense which I can't do but they wont know my age anyway but when the checks come will I be able to cash them into my bank account?

You need to be 18, read the Adsense TOS.

There's no problem, except that it's not allowed by google but then they should pretend to aks for ID which they don't do.

Are you still trying to find logic in everyone? If everyone was logical there wouldn't be so many god believers..
But in the case of useless thread bumping, it usually has the distinct smell of signature whores But sometimes it's pure dumbness and exceptionally a mistake (for multiple pages threads)

I use an account in my father's name, according to TOS the payee has to be over 18.
