Very unprofessional to suspend all accounts because people accuse you of being a scammer. You are basically forcing them into stating that you are not a scammer, this to me makes you seem more of a scammer. But this is the kind of act that I would expect from someone offering unmetered accounts for only $20/year. How is it that you can sustain yourself with your plans?

 

My account has been unsuspended too,but my customer list is empty,I can't found my customer.

 

Ok, now that my clients' data has been copied over I still state the truth.

What I said in my previous post was mostly true, I havn't had much problem with him. A few months ago however he was rude, I had server issues with my clients for example only he would be able to fix it, after a while he just closed the msn conversation and ignored it.

He is what I see as bullying his customers in order to give himself positive reviews. I wouldn't exactly say he is a "scammer" as such (as I have been hosting with him for near 7 months and expect what I pay for which wasn't much) but it is not a reliable service. You can see from the posts in this thread people have clearly posted for him just to get their accounts back because they've paid money for them.

He suspended everyone's account on his server, when going to their address it redirected to this page: http://hostingspace4u.net/suspended.page/ I've also took a screenshot of this page incase he changes it, as proof. If this isn't a form of abuse I don't know what is. He once told me he doesn't interfere with customer's accounts, well what's this? Surely people would have lost business and more importantly reputation because of this.

Last night I posted to get my account back so that I could transfer my customer's data to IwhiC, Aimee from IwhiC helped me transfer and restore my accounts, now that this is done I can change my NS and forget about hostingspace4u. Again I wouldn't call him a scammer but I don't see how you can trust someone that will abuse their power to force you to do something, that surely is bullying.

In all honesty I would've posted my experience if he had just asked me.
But because of doing this I think he should be banned, as he was forcing people to write positive reviews about his service on these forums.

Anyway, now I am looking forward to a more positive and reliable service with IwhiC.

I do not understand how you expect to run a successful business when your SHUTTING DOWN websites in order to get them to POST POSITIVE REVIEWS...
If you want your customers to be "honest", maybe instead of shutting down websites that people are running in hopes to make money, or pay bills... you know "THEIR" business, and making their company look bad, maybe you would just send out a bulk email to all of your customers explaining the details of the situation, and that you would appreciate any positive reviews to said web site.

The fact that you are 'suspending' accounts, just goes to show that what we are dealing with is a child. This is high school B.S and I don't see how you think suspending your paying customers is going to get you good reviews?

You need to re-think your tactics sir, you need to issue a sincere apology to those customers of yours who decide to stay with you, and not go about getting a refund... because honestly, they will get their money back if you keep this up. Paypal or whatever form of payment will see the proof of you not keeping your end of the bargain, and they will refund accounts. And guess who's pocket ends up empty then?? Thats correct, yours.

So sir, I would highly recommend you grow up, and rethink your business strategy. What you are doing is poor business ethics. I wish you luck, and I pity you for caring what dopey people say about your 'company' in a forum.

Also, the fact that you provide no direct form of communication, or a phone number for issues...well that looks a bid "shady." Granted you are probably a young kid trying to get something good going, but you are going about it completely the wrong way. Consider putting a phone number up, or maybe even a DIRECT email address, or at the very least just take down that part on your site that says "24/7 help" because we can very clearly see, that is not the case.

P.S -- If their are any other hosting companies out there that can compare to this type of service, with the same price range... Advertise here so the customers of his who are being robbed of a service they paid for can seek a decent host.

 

Okeh, what are you are doing in this forums...if you didn't like this hosting no problem. But, we all as customer never have problem with this hosting and we tell the truth. My website never down or get problem before, this is the first time we experienced this. And it makes me uncomfortable..because one person begin accused this hosting as SCAMMER so we must have this problem.
Stop accused this hosting as SCAMMER, they are good before.

Now, my account have suspended again...and please STOP this things. Not be childish, be professional. We cannot make all people will like/ believe us-but don't make the people who believe you before become uncomfortable too...and at least many people still believe and satisfied with this hosting.

So, at last time I tell you all to Stop This Tread. Be professional...and your hosting will become bigger than before.

 

I don't know enough to write anything good or bad about this provider cos' I've been a customer for less than a month now. But both my sites: www.radkast.com and www.cgandprinters.com have been suspended for some idiot reason and my client is getting frustrated because his website is suspended and not online. What the hell is going on?

 

He's suspended you again? Sorry but it's down to him, not because people are calling him a scammer. I suggest you find hosting elsewhere like I did.

Now the funny thing is the only person who I brought a VPS off for $5 is Mr Viral to try catch out his scam, which I did.

Now what I think, is that he is in fact all of these scam companies. This kind of crap could only be pulled by him.

I'm going to report him to DP mods for multiple accounts etc and hopefully we'll keep him out of here for good. Hope everyone involved in this gets their accounts back!

Well i had it with him, He suspended me again and has not responded to my Emails. I am going to report him to everyone and anyone that i can. I also requested my money back from pay pal. I gave him enough time to respond. I am not getting into his little child game. I am not playing these games. I am reporting him to BBB, and will go to all forums that i can and make sure that nobody else falls for his little games. He did this to his self.His business manner is very unprofessional. I also hope that pay pal removes him. He not only is hurting all of us who didn't do anything wrong but his name and business. I am now looking for a new host. Surely a sane person would not try and run a business this way....

i use hostingspace4u.net over 3 month, i never get any problem with mr. mayur[hostingspace4u.net], but last 1 days back on my site show this message -
