payment already made , But did not receive my goods

    6 days ago. I am looking for a VCC to reVerify my Paypal acocunt. I known DP does not accept "Buy&Sell" VCC goods(read the rules here),so I found a VCC seller by Search Engine(He is one of DP Memebrs at DP )

    We are talked on MSN,and then ,Payment has been sent 6 days ago by MoneyBookers, after VCCSeller got the payment ,he told me to wait 20 minutes.
    I have been waited for 2 hours, and then VCCSeller told me again"Bank system down, BRB SOON" I accepted the request from Him, and he got offline,(Never tell me When i can get the Card...)
    and Now . time Has been past 6 days, I have been waited for 6 Days, I never get any reply and answer from HIM, Never get any, Never.....

    and I have been sent Many message to HIM my PM and MSN, I am just want to know the state whick i can.., But Never get any answer and reply, never see He Online on msn and DP again.

    payment made in 07 Jul 08 , he Last Activity on DP : Jul 7th 2008

    I am still waiting for the Card to reVerify myacocunt!

    This is why you do half and half payments only. Never do full payments. I'm a designer, so I'm always the one getting paid. But what I do is half-half. Half of the payment before I start, and the other half after I send the final project. This ensures that both parties are serious about working together.

    I don't really think you can do anything but start paying half and half. Also don't work with people that have no reputation.

    This is why the selling of VCCs are banned in DP.
    Anyway, As the seller's last activity is the day the deal was made, I'd suggest you to wait for a bit more.
    And, since this deal was made outside of DP, I think no one can help you out except consoling you.

    It's risky doing that. 90% chance he will come back and give you a negative rating too. Worst part is, you can report it and they wont do jack about it. DP really needs to get their act together.
