Lol, I'm a bit confused. So she was not pregnant before, and she was still taking pills? And now she had cramps and no cramps anymore? A bit confused.

    Hi,

Did she officially miss her period yet? If she HAS, I would have her go out and take another pregnancy test right now. If the other tests you were referring to were a couple weeks ago, then it's entirely possible it was just too early for the test to show up positive. A home pregnancy test (or even one at the doctors) is only accurate if it's right around the time she should be getting her period. So it sounds like all those tests were done too early.

If this one comes back negative as well but she still has strange symptoms or feels like she IS pregnant, she should go back to the doctor and ask for a blood test. The blood test can tell you exactly how much (if any) of the pregnancy hormone is in her blood, so you'll know 100% sure whether she's pregnant or not. (The home pregnancy tests only show up positive if there is a certain level of hormone present, so it's possible to be pregnant but to not have the hormone be high enough yet to trigger a positive result.)

Hope that helps a little! Good luck!

you know what, that's pathetic. You shouldn't have gone making love with her if your scared that one day she might get pregnant even while using pills. You should have been prepared and expected it.

Well, unfortunately no one here can "help" per say, short of advice. While I don't like to pile on, I often feel that you do the crime, you do the time. That aside, go back to the doc, that's the only way to be sure. I will say however that cramps are normal and by far no way an indicator of pregnancy. Second, don’t be so scared, believe it or not, people do get through pregnancy.

    Best of luck.
