Withdrawing services for Paypal?

    I came across a website once where they allowed you pay by paypal and they would pay you in Western Union or similar payment options. Does anyone know of such services?

    Officially, the only ones which can receiving Paypal ACH are real US Bank accounts issued by a US Bank.

    As I know xoom going to stop their service for some Asian countries.

    Also making withdraw from them using paypal sometimes cause account limitation.

    You need US based company as well other parent company in your country, who will do rest of job. That is how it works.

    If you are in US then you can get a paypal debit card and instantly withdraw I think, I wish they did this for UK,
