While registering in http://www.puppethub.com/ I found out that it's made with http://www.ning.com/

 

The first one in the first post is a ning.com site. Check the code for the home page. It even says so in the Announcement section.

 

welll if you want to run social network and offcourse at zero cost, then you should check the clipbucket http://clip-bucket.com i download it, install it, and it just rocks. very cool forum support as well. and everything at 0$. yea not a single penny

That clip-bucket is mainly for videos? or Can I run a social network without having to be mainly videos?
