This is an authority website for this keyword.... Many webmasters want authority... You can't do anything. It is automatic..
Site links.. They are automatic, Check in your webmaster tools to see if you have any site links associated with your site. I get them if I search for my domain name, and only in Australia (I think) Cheers James
Oh...LOL.. interesting... I will find out how to have this kind of result.. I think it's applicable only in established and big sites..?
Not really, if you have a great content and a clean site you can get sitelinks. Many blogs with good content have sitelinks, so I think content is a major factor.
you also dont find too many at under 2 years old and with PR4 and above. there may be exceptions but I havent seen any.
I have a site which shows results as above, I hope this means its an authority site. Can any one please clarify.
Yes It is an authority site. Your competitor should have to work very hard to remove you from No.1 If your site is an authority site....
This is called site links. Google only show s]those kinds of site links only for sites with a hell of Backlinks and sites with authority,
Complete rubbish. Google have NEVER described any site as an 'authority site' Google use sitelinks to be a help to searchers - they have never stated what the algo is that generates them, but they hint that a clear internal linking structure is key.
You have now PR-2 jameswatt.org was registered on: 09-Nov-2006 Domain Age: 1 year 8 months 2 days And not an authority site at all. (well not that I know of ) Cheers James
How can you say?? Ask it in General Chat. You will find that This type of site is known as Authority site.. Authority Sites... http://www.allinfodir.com/articles/authority-sites-a-brief-review.html
IMO all 3 factors matter - internal links, external links and the traffic that these pages get from Google.
