Google try to focus protecting advertisers more tha publishers . For this reason thay ban alot of Publishers everyday

No probably not. There were already detected as invalid. I wouldn't worry about. But it happens frequently then report to google with invalid clicks form.
in google policy it is strictly written that no one can click on your own ad, nor force any buddy to click on it. well you just contact Adsense team through Contact form and tell them about your website and tell them what exactly happens.. if they accept then gud if not then worst, but dear let us inform too... Hope for the Best
with what you said, no click on own ads, ask someone to click, pay people to click etc... we all know... but what if people trying to "kill" you by any how click .... be it they know you or dont. does that mean also ban?
Find the IP if available and send all information to them. Geez, and I was worried about 15 clicks with 350 views. Add sitemeter to your site or blog, its a nice tool.
