    Wow...that is extremely high. It depends on your niche though but I've never heard of such high figure even for competitive niche. Did you managed to trace and check whether the clicks are from different source?

    i had 35% CTR before with one site and ran it for over a year without any problem. if the traffic and clicks are legid, then you dont have anything to be worried about

    Beware though, they will check your account and if they ask you for proof that the clicks are not yours and you can't prove it, consider yourself screwed.

    It looks fine if the traffic is in fact all organic, don't think Google would penalize you for that.
