Help With Cpanel Please

    hi
    i have just brought 2 sites and then find out the guy uses cpanel as im a noob to all this i know nothing about this.
    im trying to remove banners from the site to add my own and sell the ad space for the others
    if someone could talk me through this i will gladly send them 5000 hits there way for there trouble

    When you login to cpanel click the file manager icon. From there you will be able to navigate to the appropriate folders/directories and files.

    You say that you are a newbie to cPanel so I am assuming that you will know how to work with the files once you find them

    whats the url..........
    If you want to remove banners..or edit codes..prefer to use any FTP program like ACE FTP, or Smart FTP. Both are free to use.

    i have found the file manager but dont know which one it would be in
    and its a ptc site am i allowed to put the link here?

    No one would be able to answer that without having more information. You need to give the url of your site and maybe tell us what script it is using. Which files need editing will depend upon that.
