I purchased a reseller account and a domain (www.live5hosting.com) at www.sim5hosting.com about 5 days or so ago. About a day and a half ago my account got terminated because one of my clients broke theirs and my tos, by spam mailing. I sorted that out and got my account back with agreeing to pay extra on my next monthly payment. Then yesterday my account was suspended because one of my so called clients did a ddos attack on their servers which wasn't through because i only had one client and they know that the account had been terminated and i didn't tell them that i got it back yet, i and i was the only one that was on it, and i obviously didn't because i don't know how to do it and why would i want to do it. And today i find out my ip has been blocked from their site and my own including the cpanel and everything. Then after i found out that i got in contact with them on msn and told them, they said they didn't block me and that my site was up. I then used a proxy to check my site, and would you believe it, it was suspended again. I contacted them again and they told me that their host terminated them because of the damage done to the server by my client and wanted me to pay $300 for it. I got over the part of my account being terminated and asked for access to my domain and they won't give it to me, they told me that they were very upset with me and signed off msn. Do they have a policy where you are not able to transfer the domain for at least 30 days? Read their TOS.
