anyway, i saw my site from your server are backup, so is a good sign =)

 

Basically what we have done is hired a security expert to install a more customized firewall, we have also upgraded our server although it was still up during the DDOS, I though we need a better another server for all the TorrentFlux purposes. Our server actually stayed up during the DDOS but had problems with a misconfiguration in the firewall.

I think I will refund that dude's money even though he at one point he also messed up the server by download 40 torrents at once. But whatever I hate customers like that, I am only providing this service out of kindness because I have extra room in my server and customers like this are the kind that piss me off (I stayed up almost 48 hours to fixed this server issue and I come on here after that to get yelled at... Hmmm..)

Thanks to all the Customer that supported me during this downtime, this was actually the first major downtime we have had in over a year since I purchase this server.

 

Can I please get one account with around 50GB space(won't use all of it at once though) and unmetered bandwidth?
I won't use much resources but need a hell lotta bandwidth...
I won't need it for one complete month either...can you tell me your weekly price please?

It makes me wonder why so many of us are on the receiving end by taking a service from a seller. Why can’t all sellers be honest in providing their after sales services? There should be a lot more transparency in providing services through such a big and nice forum.

Example, if someone is providing an unmetered account, why would bandwidth utilization be an issue. Payments are made before taking a service, so it’s essential we receive our full month’s coverage. Its an honest suggestion which I am sharing after reading several threads of scams and dissatisfied buyers here.

I have taken service once and got excellent backup but unfortunately that guy is not a member anymore.

well im happy with the services offered and i had no problems

 

The only thing one can do is lets some reputed user access the other person's computer via some remote desktop application(like teamviewer) and show them their paypal account and the payments that they sent
EDIT:
btw your screenshot looks kindda fake...You can let some reputed member/moderator look at it via teamviewer and let them confirm it

on Jul,3,2008 my friend send RapidFire(Iris Woo) $20 to buy the torrenflux , after that all problem come out the torrentflux got php wrong code he use it less then 1 day he asking money refund but this quy shut down he server .

by Jul,7,2008 my friend send money request thru he alanyft2020 paypal account to ask for refund.Just see the image above .

any way my friend will contact paypal customer service to check the transaction id. which show at RapidFire image post.

the paypal customer service already confirm the Transaction id is not send to my friend, he just cut and paste my friend name on that screenshot, and he make mistake put wrong email address. my friend paypal address is alanyft2020 not alantan2020(see above image)

Do RapidFire, if my friend before that use some bad word to you he will say sorry to you , he just want back he hard earn money.he really very sad.

 

Speed is really not good. My 256KBps provides better and consistent speed then this server. It starts in MBs for a 700mb file and after 25-30% it decrease to 10-15 KBps

Not sure if it is server issue but this has been going on all day.

This is because the torrent doesn't have many seeders...There's no way that the speed can be this slow...
