I am looking to launch a new website, but for the sake of my idea cannot disclose much information about it.

However the site would require the following stuff ( just an overview ) so the PHP programmer should be able to do the following:

    1) Complete registeration procedure ( including e-mail verification )
    2) User Panel management ( just few basic stuff )
    3) Input receiving from users

If you think you can do that then please PM me your offers, offcourse the lowest bid wins.

PM me your bids, offcourse you can adjust them after I send you complete details about the project.

    Best Wishes!

Most of the time, you can't get high quality service for the lowest bid.

MRPHP is right, but vice-versa can also be said, being expensive doesnt convert to quality either
so everyone should probably look for balance, which is quite hard, be wary though of uber cheap offers, those that take them seriously will probably regret them later on, as they've said you get what you pay for...

I am getting a lot of offers via PM but none of them are including approximate prices. Remember, I am NOT looking for exact quotes, just an approximate so I can adjust my budget accordingly.

I'll just pick one of you guys.

Agreed. As for the client side, please request references and portfolio as much as possible. That way, you'll be more comfortable dealing with your potential Developer.
