Hi, If I have a free service, similar to This. Should I do that with WWW? Since without it will look weird, since it have a website reviews i.e. http://domain.com/www.domain.com or http://www.domain.com/www.domain.com What do you think|?
I prefer www subdomain without www beacause has www is too long. example:hotelpictures.adulu.com okay, www.hotelpictures.adulu.com too long(but would auto generate hyperlink is good advantage)
I also believe the website would look more professional if www. was added in front of the domain name. The website review would indeed look weird if it was this: http://www.domain.com/www.domain.com. I suggest that you think about make the website look like this: http://www.domain.com/domain.com. In this case, the user might add www.domain.com, the domain gets processed, and then instead shows up as /domain.com instead of /www.domain.com. This would also work: http://www.domain.com/review/domain.com. I believe the latter (last one) example website address looks the most professional. I wish I owned domain.com. Achieving backlinks would be a piece of cake. Heck, you can consider it automated.
The domain with www looks more impressive. You can use either www or non-www. But you should choose www with your domain name.
Hi, I agree on that, but the thing is that I am based on the idea of get traffic when some one search www.domain.com, got me?
Whatever you use keep it to the single one. Google even has redirected from non www to www and so I prefer the same for my prof sites but for my personal blog its the other way round
I type www but only out of habit. I don't know about it looking more professional - I think everyone knows that it's the world wide web by now - and is kinda redundant. Your question was relating to SEO thought wasn't it? I only came to this thread to see that answer...lol - so, answer is that it doesn't matter?
what ever use, use only one either with www or without www cause it create canonical issue if you will both and you will have different SERP rank for both URL. Search engine looks both URL as different URL and with that they are behaving.
I would always setup my DNS to www.domain.com and domain.com work. You always miss a decent amount of traffic if you don't configure domain.com
