Duplicate content, will google penalize my site?

we have same content on 2 different website
1. http://www.vidyamandir.com/iitjee2010correspondencecourse.jsp

2.
http://www.100percentile.com/iitjee/iitjee2010correspondencecourse.jsp

What is goint to be happends? will google penalize us. or should I remove the content from one of my website?

 

There won't be a penalty as a such, but one will be favoured over the other.

 

So no need to remove content from any of my site. right?

Google will not penalize you for duplicate content. But you will not be able to make it to the Google search results

 

110% will panelized you, it may affect to both the site also...
