    Quick question and don't take it personally. Is your owner on crack? :) The site brings in 150 a month and he/you want 8k for it?

    If you find someone to sell it to, send him/her my way I have some exotic land on the other side of the moon that I would like to sell, it comes with a full shade as well so you don't have to worry about sun burn :)

    For those who missed my earlier post, I repeat that I don't own the site and I'm selling on behalf of the owner of the site only. The site address is http://www.pakistani-forum.com. Proof of payment is not possible, as the owner doesn't have that much technical knowledge and he is reluctant to show screenshot of adsense. page.

    What made you think that? :eek: The owner lacks that much technical knowledge to sell the website properly and I'm only helping him. If you see the activity in that forum (active members per day, number of posts per day etc) and the number and locations of Adsense ads, you won't have any doubt that this much revenue can come (and I was expecting even more). Anyway, I'm sending you PM with contact info of the owner. You can contact him directly.

    So if I have a site with a million hits per day but I have no ads up it's worth $0 to you? No offense but your concept of placing a value on a site based 100% on revenue is amateur ridiculous.
