Finally narrowed down conversions to around 1:15. Now its my 3rd straight day with having 2x sales per day.. !!! so happy! Only thing I want to change is more traffic!
PPC,Yahoo answers, Ezine.. although ive only submitted like 3 articles. I have other blogs and such but I havent really drawn traffic to them. I also have a digg and stumble, but I dont know how to really drive traffic from them.. social book marking stuff flies past me.. Also submit your site to directories. This is vague I know this, but if you want specifics feel free to shoot me a message and ill help you as best as I can.

If you take in consideration ppc that ratio is nothing amazing - pretty mediocre actually....but it all depends on the niche anyways
Thats a pretty bold statement considering you know nothing about my PPC campaign. Do you know how much I PPC? How many ad groups I have? Or how many keywords I run? I Think not!
Why would you try to bring others down as they are obviously inspired with their results. This forum thrives on support, sharing of ideas, inspiration and many other positive factors. Negativity really has no place here. It most certainly does not have a place on a celebratory thread. And to set the record straight. 1 in 15 is a GREAT conversion rate. Many long term very experienced Internet marketers never find a campaign that converts that well. If you have, then that is wonderful. However, that does not make OP's achievements any less amazing. Nice job AffilateRook1 ...I applaud your success and wish you much more in the future.
oh common, looks like all you people are small kids that can't accept a comment. If you think that your conversion is great, so be it im happy for you . But you need to change your mindset, stating that your conversion is amazing mean only 1 thing - you will start to relax and end up fried (you know what i mean)
Calm down kid, my statement is not bold, but yours about conversion is. I said it depends just because as you mentioned i dont know what you keywords are bidding on. But just know that with ppc, i have seen products conversion constantly even in the 1-3range, but it depends on which keywords. for example, if you bid on the keywords like: "buy product" , 1-15 conversion would not be good enough... Anyways keep improving!
That statment was a little harsh, but very true. I made my landing page and got 1:25 results I got about 50 hops a day. Now Im still getting 50 hops a day but almost no sales
A global conversion rate is not of any use and is very innacurate to take in consideration for the profitability of a campaign. It all have to be at keyword level, some keywords have a good conversion rate, some does not.. cheers
Got 1 sale after 8 clicks (posted only on Craigslist). Once those software people get my CL autoposter working properly...the SKY is no limit! That's one AMAZING piece of software.
I've given Yahoo and Google over a million dollars in my few years as a marketer, and a 1:15 conversion rate is outstanding. Of course everything is relative, but 1:15 is much better than average. That being said, the only number that really matters is your ROI. I promote some products that have an incredible ROI with a 1:100 conversion rate.
