    and use it on the same computer i used?

    its appeal denied now.. proof address and link a card.. i made all but got a ppeal denied

    Officially speaking, if one of your account is denied, they do not want your business so it means that you cannot set up another account.

    What kind of business were you engaging in and are you from a supported paypal country and that you provided real IDs, Utility bills and Credit Card ?

    If they officially allow you to sign up for a new account then the whole process of denying you would be useless.

    honeslty, i used my paypal for account just for paying my hosting fees to hostgator and sometimes i sell domains and sites i published to peaple.. nothing else. :(

    yes im fro a supported paypal country : Dubai, United Arab of Emirates
