    To use wordpress for adsense you must have your own hosting and domain and install wordpress there.

    You can use the blogger free hosting and domain for adsense.

    And I just learned (here on DP) that it is against Wordpress TOS to post affiliate ads. So if that is your plan for the future, you should go with blogger.com

    You can post affiliate links and have adsense, but you need to have Wordpress installed on your domain and hosting.

    wordpress is better when used on your own domain.
    blogger is better when u need free hosting and do not have ur own domain.

    Well there we go. At least that makes it easy to decide which to use. I see a lot of people on this forum using wordpress so I was just wondering.

    my opinion because wordpress SEO friendly and easely for instal and if you like something for free blogspot is the best for adsense

    I would definably go with WordPress if you have the hosting. On one of my blogs alone I make $2-$3 daily through AdSense (with a high CTR). For whatever reasons, it seems that Google loves WordPress.

    You can have TLD with Blogger too. You just have to change your DNS info.I think adsense management on Blogger is far easier than the module for WP. The only down side to that is that you can't use channels to track ad conversion when you use the widget in Blogger to add Adsense ads. you could if you cut and pasted each ad set up with it's own channel. I like Blogger for simple sites. WP is far more powerful, but no where as easy to use as Blogger.

    Yea Joomla is my CMS of choice. It has loads of extentions etc so all bases are covered.

    Blogger (blogspot) is the best choice. As known that two major advantage of blogspot are
    1. automatic indexed by google
    2, Easy to get approval by adsense

    Host at your own domain and nothing can beat Wordpress! Dont blog for adsense, blog for the people and yourself... adsense should be just a side motivation!
