When I access Paypal I receive the following message:

(title of the webpage) : Page not found - PayPal

    Return to the homepage

    What's happening with PayPal?

Try clearing your browser's cache memory... close browser and open it again.

    Then try opening paypal.com site

or may be put (?) question mark in the end of the url.

I deleted all my cookies and it works now.
But i still don't know what to do next, should I log-in and change my password?
Or it was just some cookie-related problem and nothing to worry about my security?

That happens when the page doesn't fully load, there is a problem with your connection then, because of paypals security on site.

Try a different browser. That happens to me all the time, especially after I've logged in to Paypal, then order something thru someone's order form. Clearing the cache doesn't seem to help. I switch off between Firefox and Netscape.

As I already said, it works now, but what happened? was a PayPal internal problem or it was because of my computer? I scanned with Webroot Spy Sweeper and no spyware. Should I change the password?
