    It's 'adult' if the girl is naked and/or having sex.

    You could have ads of a girl in a bra, wouldn't be a porn ad. Could be a simple under garment selling site. You can goto family friendly websites and find pictures of girls in bra's in major stores in your area.

    Compared to that, these images are just good angled pictures of girls, nothing wrong with it

    I got a warning from Google a couple of days ago because my arcade site that was monetized with Adsense had some adult games... I doubt the ads you found are adult ads, it is against Adsense TOS to display ads on pages with adult content and, I would imagine, it is against AdWords TOS to create ads with adult content.

    that's not even close to adult ads. adult means clothes OFF and these girls don't show anything that would be considered porn.

    For me, Adult means peoples without clothes and doing GIF sex :p
    Or alternately blowjob and licking images etc.

    But there are some countries that a Girl without a "purdah" she break the rules and that's like porn for them, who knows ROFL :)
