can I get in trouble?

Well I own www.poppinringtones.com . You can listen and down load mp3s. Could I legally get in trouble? And is there any way around it what could I write?

 

I think you could get in trouble by providing mp3s for downloading.

 

Is there any way around this? The script im using is used by 10000's of mp3 search engines online. Could I possibly write something and put it on my site?

 

if you make it only for listening songs then it's ok.

 

download button doesn't work for me on your site. this is just the google script search right? if so then you aren't hosting any music. so you should be fine.

 

Yeah... for some odd reason.. the first section bring you to google.. If you notice when you search.. the page has about 3 lines.. the first section leads to google.. the other sections lets you download.

 

No, you won't be in trouble, till you are not uploading any songs on your server.

You shouldn't get in any really big trouble...if it wasn't allowed by law I think you would get a warning possibly first before you would get a lawsuit filed against you :O
