The thing about this is that DP will not get evolved in any disputes. You are supposed to deal with it yourself and if you make posts about it you are likely to get an infraction. Best thing to do is take care of it with your payment processor and charge back the amount. Seeing as you paid the person your payment gateway will have the email address you paid so try contacting the site owner that way.
That's a shame but you gotta move on, live and learn. There's a solid rule to escape that kind of incident: do bussiness only with trusted fellows.
Check your email there you can find the details of a person check for private message in your email. Whenever i get confused about siggy links which are 5-6 months old i check emails to make sure who had bought my siggy sometimes.

It must be either another person who is selling domain under my name or it must be mistake from the forum. How do i convince you that it was not me? you are making me look bad here in DP.
