Happens, better luck with some other ad serving agency :)

OP did not read TOS properly, he realised his mistake and knows why his account got closed.

Plain and simple. Case closed. Why do people need to abuse him ?

Some people are willing to accept their fault and fix it . But some ppl are dumb .They should eliminate from this industry.
If I found this type of site , I'll be definitely report to ggl.
Don't behave like a baby. You should read TOS first.
Even you didn't read it, thats common sense.
Plain and simple. Case closed. :)

How can you keep track of clicks from half a million visitors per day?
Anyway, if you are sure about your standings, just mail google all the evidence.

Ok, yes, I've done someting wrong, but How much times do I have to say that I don't pay or tell people to click on google ads! I tell them even NOT to click on those, but to click on the links (ads) on the surf page, which aren't from google...

Well, actually it are 100.000 unique visitors per day, which is 500.000 (half million) hits in this case.

lol? Did I say I didn't accept my faulth? I first just didn't get it, because I hadn't read that point of the TOS, but then someone told me it, and I admit the faulth, so what's the real problem man?

EDIT: let me tell me once more what the site does; it pays people to click on ads on the surf page, which are NOT google ads. The people who click the GOOGLE ADS, know they won't get paid for it, because I pay them to click on the other ads on the surf page, not the google ads on the main page in the sidebar under 'sponsored'.

If you are in the U.S. just get a DBA (doing business as), an EIN (Employer Identification Number), open up a bank account in your new business name, and get another Adsense account. But this time, read the TOS.

If you are outside the U.S. then find out how to register as a business in your country and do the same. Its not hard to get a new adsense account.

BuxHeaven is a PTC site and AdSense is not allowed on any GetPaidTo sites. That is the reason why Bux.to , DailyClicks.biz etc... have Bidvertiser on their sites. Read AdSense TOS and you will understand! However, Look for someother now. There is no way that you can get your AdSense Account back!

    Thanks

Yes, I was already wondering why other Bux PTC Sites didn't put Google Adsense on their pages because Bux PTC Sites get lots of hits, but now I understand... I had better read the full TOS, because I only read a bit through it (headlines, etc.)... Anyway, will be using CickBank I think, because AdBrite sucks lol.
