Debit card with NO SSN required !!?

Hi
Coz i'm a business man i frequently purchase commodities from USA "online"
but some good stores like Newegg , Bestbuy and stores in ebay (No paypal account required) needs a US based debit (prepaid) cards
and as u know to apply for a new card u need SSN and i'm not american citizen + i live outside US

and what about Virtual cards , any relibale company offer this service ? and it will be accepted ?

ALLAccess , Netspend and Sigo
needs to be in person in USA to reload ur card
i need card to be reloadable online coz as i said i live outsie US

Note : I have an address in US (Mail forwarding address)

 

Yeah you can buy these disposable debit cards (which you can also refill) at the store or probably online for like the value of the card as in

100$ on card - $100 price

I just remember seeing a commercial for it and they sell it at a store called wallgreens

they are called pre-paid debit cards but PayPal also offers a service that gives you a virtual number and you can use it to buy things.

Ah well I think you can still search for the Walgreens one, I know that didn't need SSN

 

How about Payoneer? You can load it with your regular CC and I think Payoneer is US issued. You can get the everywhere for free without giving something like SSN, for example at Getafreelancer.com

 

Try iKobo. We can fund the card using CC and can use it as debit card. Btw, I live outside US.

 

Does iKobo send a prepaid visa card with CVC code?
