What happened with my money

I had around 250 euros balance on my account, which were pending, today I check my account I saw that I had only 2 euros (I'm talking about the balance shown on the top of the screen), when I went into the report tab, it said that I have 15 euros pending.

What happened to the 250 euros?

 

Bush thought it would be better to take from your cash.

I really don't know. You may wanna check for refunds. Or contact them.

 

There are no refunds, I know that today is the 10th, and on the 10th the sales are supposed to be locked.

 

The best way is to call and ask the support.

 

I opened a support ticket to CJ,
I checked the reports thoroughly, this is what I get



All the commissions that I've made are set to 0 for some reason, they were about 250 euros in total, what's the deal?

I met the same problem,the diffrent is there are thousand GBP gone in my account.


I contacted Cj,they say there is no track.

But before,I have 1800+ gbp,now only 297!!!!

That's pretty odd, but the only way to find the answer is to ask them.

 

sounds like we all need to be printing out reports and taking screen caps incase this happens to us!

 

I contacted the support, they didn't give any reasonable answer, we're still working on the issue, I'll keep you updated when something significant happens

I had a balance of $5,xxx today and it jumped to $7,xxx for a little while. Was weird. After about 30 minutes it changed back to the original amount

 

Run a Commission Detail report for that period, and change "Corrected Status: All" to "Corrected". This will show all transactions that have been corrected or reversed.

 

I experienced the same problem. I had nearly a hundred dollars but the next time I checked on CJ, the balance became 15 bucks.

Do CJ explain to its publishers regarding this sudden disappearance of your earnings?

 

In my experiences with CJ, the report gets "schizophrenic" around 10th every month and it will settle down after 15th. So I would suggest you contact CJ if your numbers does go back to normal. CJ never explains why is that.

 

I agree. Their stats go bonkers during the middle of the month while they start the payment process. Don't worry about it. It happens to everyone during the middle of the month.

 

Just so nobody misses it - this will tell you where your money went. Your money never disappears - if it is reversed, it'll show up in your Commission Detail report.

As I said before, run a Commission Detail Report and filter by Corrected transactions. You will see any reversed transactions appear in your reports.

 

CJ Burned MY Earnings also. Before it Was 150$ Before Now it shows only 32$.

 

Does anybody here understand what is going on here? CJ is not doing anything with your money. The advertisers are reversing your commissions due to fraudulent traffic, product returns, etc...
