    It was never available to me as I'm UK based which was a shame as I used to have a high earning arcade in Adsense and YPN was reported to pay well for arcades (a couple of years ago!).

    i'm based in the UK, what if i open an office in the US, obtain a business address from there and use that when i register for YPN? will yahoo consider my application then? what do you all think?
