    First of all do you recommend them? Secondly is there any international pay per lead ( Free download or sign up ) offers?

    I like MoreNiche. I am making money with them, they are always correct to their affiliates and help newbies start.

    Currently there is only one free signup offer there - A Poker Forum called WassOnline gives $2 per free signup. I didn't have any success with this offer. They have other products that pay much more for a sale.

    I recommend them if for no other reason than the fantastic guides they offer. To me, that alone was worth the free signup.

    I'm sorry I can't answer the second question as I'm not familiar with all of their products.
